- Bring a filled out form or fill out a form when you arrive.
- Park on the south side of 4th Street between Kentucky and Osage.
- Do not arrive before 5:00 p.m. as there will be limited parking.
- Stay in your car. Our volunteers will come to you.
- Avoid the rush and come a little later during these times.
